Business Analyst – Digital Solutions We are now seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an exciting assignment with one of our clients in Digital Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for leading initiatives from idea and requirements gathering through development, implementation, and deployment. You will serve as the link between the business, management, and delivery teams, ensuring that projects are executed according to plan, budget, and established goals. Responsibilities Lead initiatives through the entire lifecycle – from requirements gathering and design to development, implementation, and handover. Define project scope, timeline, budget, and risk management plan. Plan activities, resources, and timelines for efficient execution. Ensure processes for quality, scope management, and risk management. Monitor project progress, finances, and deliverables, and take corrective actions as needed. Develop and present status reports and decision-making documents for management and stakeholders. Manage changes and ensure that agreed-upon deliverables are met. Build and develop strong relationships with the business and other stakeholders through clear and regular communication. Work closely with the Solution Team Lead and other team members. Identify and manage risks and obstacles to ensure project success. AI Solutions Automation Digital Solutions Data Engineering or Data Science IT Solutions We are looking for someone with At least 5 years of experience leading projects and/or project portfolios in one of the following areas: Solid experience in project and portfolio management. Good understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies. Practical experience with Jira and ServiceNow. Knowledge of SAFe and ITIL. Academic degree in computer science, data science, economics, engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
