Business Analyst – AI & Business Controlling AI | Business Intelligence | Finance | Oslo / Hybrid The best Business Analysts don't build reports. Instead, they transform how companies make decisions. You like numbers, but above all you like understanding why they look the way they do. You're curious and ask more questions than you give ready-made answers. And you're driven mainly by helping people make better decisions. We believe you have: • At least three years of experience in Finance, Business Controlling, or Business Analysis • Good understanding of income statements and balance sheets • Experience with BI tools or data modeling is a plus • Interest in AI and modern analytics • Swedish or Norwegian as your working language • Good English is a plus Technology is important – but not the most important thing.
