We are now looking for a Business Analyst who wants to work closely with the business and contribute to the development, management, and implementation of solutions within document management and information governance. Here you will have a central role where you drive requirements work, create structure, and act as the link between business and technical teams. Your responsibilities In the role of Business Analyst, you will work closely with the business to understand needs, identify areas for improvement, and translate requirements into concrete activities for the development team. Among other things, you will: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements Break down needs and requirements into user stories together with developers and technical specialists Support migration, rollout, management, and further development of document management solutions Lead and facilitate workshops with business representatives and other stakeholders Ensure clear communication between business, IT, and external parties Contribute to change management and implementation activities for new ways of working and solutions Participate in work related to information management, document governance, and process improvements Your profile We believe you are a structured and responsible person who thrives in a role with many contact points. You are analytical, communicative, and have the ability to create alignment among different stakeholders. At the same time, you work independently and drive your tasks forward with high quality. You enjoy understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, and ensuring that solutions create real value for users. For this role, Swedish citizenship is required. Requirements - Experience in Business Analysis or similar role - Strong business analytical skills - Experience in requirements management and documentation - Experience in stakeholder management and communication with multiple audiences - Experience in business implementations and change management - Knowledge of document management and information governance - Experience planning and leading workshops - Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Meritorious - Experience from larger and complex organizations - Experience with document management systems such as Caspian or Livelink - Experience with Jira - Experience with agile methodologies - Experience working on larger IT or business development initiatives We place great value on your personal qualities.
