Job Description We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the Product Owner and development team with requirements management and backlog handling within Digital Services. Here, we are building a new solution that manages financial flows for Logistics and Assortment & Procurement. Capture and analyze business needs. Document and break down requirements into epics, features, and user stories. Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization and refinement. Ensure that requirements are clear, anchored, and ready for development. Objectives of the Assignment Reduce the workload on the Product Owner and developers. Shorten the lead time from idea to development. Increase the team's delivery capacity and focus on development. Required Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Requirements Analyst. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Experience working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owner, and developers. Experience with requirements management, workshops, and process mapping. Experience with Jira or similar tools. Strong communication skills and ability to present solutions and requirements so that both business and developers understand. Experience working with AI in development and can inspire others in this approach. Fluent in Swedish and English. Your Application Does the role sound interesting and suitable?
