Every superhero needs sidekicks—do you want to be mine?
On weekdays, you'll get to hang out with me at school and after-school activities. Otherwise, your workplace is wherever I am, and we'll spend a lot of time at home with my family. We love cozying up on the couch, and sometimes we go on outings and activities.
Medication management and tube feeding via pump are part of the job. No previous experience required—what matters most is that you're curious and want to get to know me. We'll teach you everything we can!
I have a lot of energy and it's important that you can keep up with my pace. Are you strong and flexible? I can climb really high, so be prepared for climbing, lifting, and play on the floor. You should be attentive, responsible, patient, and have quick reflexes to prevent dangerous situations.
Do you like order and structure and enjoy working toward goals? My team always does its best to make sure I'm doing well!
I live with my mom, dad, and older sister in Anumark, 10 km north of central Umeå. A car and driver's license are required to get to work."

Our personal assistants are absolutely crucial to the child's quality of life and development. With us, you can therefore expect engaged and present managers. We think it's important to have good structure, clear expectations, and good communication.
POSITION 80%
The position consists of 1–3 weekday shifts per week from 7–16, combined with evening shifts and a couple of weekends per month. Each work shift is approximately 8–9 hours long.
We are a stable and pleasant staff group and strive to maintain a solid core team. When you're reliable and take responsibility for your scheduled shifts, it creates security for the entire work group. With us, you should feel confident that you won't be expected to be on call all the time. For those who want to and wish to work more, there's of course the opportunity to pick up extra shifts.
