Job Information Professionals Nord is seeking a personal assistant on behalf of Novum Assistans. This is a direct placement, meaning the recruitment process occurs through Professionals Nord and you will be employed directly by Novum Assistans. The position is approximately 30 hours per week = 75 percent with the possibility of additional shifts. Work is scheduled during daytime hours (07–17) on weekdays and follows a fixed rotating schedule. The arrangement will be determined upon hire and can be structured in different ways from the start to suit the right candidate. Once the schedule is agreed upon, it is long-term and continues indefinitely. This is not a temporary position, but a long-term and scheduled role where continuity is very important. Work is conducted with double staffing, meaning you always work alongside a colleague, and the employment begins with a thorough introduction. Responsibilities As a daytime assistant, you are an active and present part of a young child's daily life. This job is full of movement, laughter, and development. Days consist of reading books, singing songs, building towers that crumble, chasing little feet across the living room floor, and discovering the world together. You help with everything that comes with caring for a toddler: changing diapers, dressing and undressing, brushing hair, preparing snacks, and being there when emotions shift quickly. You support him in developing his communication, exploring new things, and feeling secure in his daily routine. It is work where you spend a lot of time on the floor, moving quickly, staying active, and being fully present in the moment. At the same time, there is an important component related to his breathing. The boy was born with a weakened airway and therefore breathes through a small tube in his throat, called a tracheostomy.
