About the Position
Are you interested in rehabilitation and motivated by seeing people regain function and independence? Do you want to work closely with people, follow their progress, and together find ways forward? Then you are the right person to work in the Reception Team!
We are seeking nursing assistants who want to help develop an operation where rehabilitation, training, and the individual's own abilities are at the center. The Reception Team works with people who have recently been discharged from inpatient care and are assessed to be able to improve their functional capacity at home. Together with the client, you work toward individual goals and practice what is important in daily life.
With us, you will work in an operation that differs from traditional home care services. You become part of a smaller work group where collaboration is central. Together with nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nurses, you work in an interdisciplinary manner, share expertise, and follow the individual's progress toward common goals.
Are You the Person We're Looking For?
We are seeking someone who is a trained nursing assistant and wants to use your competence in a developmental and rehabilitative role. You have a genuine interest in rehabilitation and are motivated by contributing to increased independence and quality of life for municipal residents.
You are confident in your professional role and enjoy working both independently and with others. As a person, you are attentive, solution-focused, and see possibilities rather than limitations. You take responsibility, are flexible, and adapt your working methods to the individual's needs.
Further training in rehabilitation, experience with rehabilitative work, or other relevant specialized competence is advantageous.
You have at least 2 years of experience working in health and care.
Experience with rehabilitation and a rehabilitative approach, preferably in home health care or home care services. Experience working with people after hospitalization or with reduced functional capacity, as well as experience with interdisciplinary teamwork, is advantageous.
Communication is an important part of the work, which requires that you have a passing grade in Swedish 1 or Swedish as a Second Language 1.
Good computer skills are a requirement because digital operational systems, technical aids, and apps are used as a natural part of daily work. You therefore need to feel confident using digital tools to be able to perform your work tasks safely and efficiently. It is advantageous if you have experience with documentation in the Life Care operational system.
A Category B driver's license is required.
