We offer you: a varied job on the move together with a great group of colleagues opportunity to develop within CityMail in the long term proximity to the workplace We're looking for you who: are at least 18 years old have basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing have a Class B driver's license or moped operator's license enjoyed physical work are comfortable operating vehicles you have a license/operator's license for (bicycle, moped, car) It's a merit if you have a Class B driver's license or moped operator's license. It's also a merit if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work attitude, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does a workday look like? Operations are open on weekdays excluding holidays. Working hours are distributed between 10:00-20:00. The workday begins with preparation of the day's deliveries, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and packages. After that, delivery takes place in the area. We primarily use e-bikes for delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, and regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. When all mail and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administration and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Employment Type This is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and volumes, depending on the day and needs. We would like you to be available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To give you the right conditions to succeed, employment begins with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale is applied for both permanent and hourly employees.
