We offer you: a varied job on the move together with great colleagues opportunity to develop within CityMail in the long term proximity to the workplace We are looking for you who: are at least 18 years old have basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing enjoy physical work are comfortable operating vehicles that you have a driver's license/permit for (bicycle, moped, car) It is beneficial if you have a B-class driver's license or a moped permit. It is also beneficial if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work attitude and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does the workday look like? Operations are open on regular weekdays (excluding holidays). Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The workday begins with preparation of the day's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort today's mail and packages. After that, delivery occurs within the area. We primarily use e-bikes for delivery, but you may also use a car, moped car, or regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. When all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administrative tasks and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Employment Form This is a so-called hourly position where each shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and scope depending on the day and needs. We prefer that you are available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To give you the right conditions to succeed, the employment begins with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale applies for both regular and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 (incl. 12% vacation compensation) which corresponds to 134 kr (excl. 12% vacation compensation). Interested?
