We offer you: a varied job on the move together with a great team of colleagues opportunity to develop within CityMail in the long term proximity to your workplace We are looking for someone who: is at least 18 years old has basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing has a B-category driver's license enjoying physical work is comfortable operating vehicles you hold a license/certification for (bicycle, moped, car) It is advantageous if you have experience from similar work, but your background is not the most important thing to us. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work attitude, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does a typical workday look like? In this role, you typically start your shift sometime between 9-11 AM. The work shift is 4-6 hours long depending on the amount of mail and packages you need to deliver for the day. You start your shift at the distribution center where you pick up your vehicle for the day along with the corresponding mail and packages. We primarily use e-bikes for delivery, but there may also be delivery routes with mopeds, cars, or regular bicycles. After that, you carry out the delivery within the area. Once all mail and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish your shift. Employment Type This position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will be scheduled for work shifts as needed. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary progression scale applies to both regular and hourly employees.
