We offer you: an exciting job on the move with a great team of colleagues opportunity for growth at CityMail over time close proximity to the workplace We're looking for someone who: is at least 18 years old has basic knowledge of Swedish in speaking and writing has a category B driver's license or moped permit enjoyed doing physical work is comfortable operating vehicles you're licensed/permitted to drive (bicycle, moped, car) It's a plus if you have experience from similar work, but for us, your background isn't the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work attitude, so we place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does a typical workday look like? Operations are open on regular weekdays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The workday begins with preparing today's deliveries, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and packages. Then the delivery occurs within the area. We primarily use e-bikes for delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. When all mail and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administration and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Employment Type This position is a temporary hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term contract. You will work varying hours and shifts depending on the day and needs. We prefer that you're available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, the employment begins with an orientation. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A wage ladder is applied for both permanent and temporary employees.
