CityMail delivers mail and packages to approximately 6 million private individuals and businesses in Sweden. We are now recruiting additional colleagues for Katrineholm and surrounding area. We offer you: an engaging job on the move together with a great team of colleagues opportunity to develop within CityMail in the long term proximity to the workplace We are looking for you who: are at least 18 years old have basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing have a B driver's license or moped driver's license enjoy physical work are comfortable operating vehicles you are licensed/certified to drive (bicycle, moped, car) It is a merit if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work attitude, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does a workday look like? Operations are open on weekdays (excluding holidays). Working hours are distributed between 10:00-20:00. The workday begins with preparation of the day's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort today's mail and packages. Then delivery takes place in the area. We primarily use electric bicycles for delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. When all mail and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administration and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Employment Type This is a so-called hourly position where each shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and volume, depending on the day and needs. We prefer that you are available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To give you the right conditions to succeed, employment begins with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale applies for both regular and hourly employees.
