CityMail delivers mail and packages to approximately 6 million private individuals and businesses in Sweden. We are now recruiting additional colleagues to our Järna location. We offer you: a varied job in motion together with a great group of colleagues the opportunity to develop within CityMail in the long term proximity to your workplace We are looking for you: who are at least 18 years old who have basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing who have a category B driver's license who are comfortable with physical work who are comfortable operating vehicles for which you have a license/permit (bicycle, moped, car) It is a merit if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important factor. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work attitude, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does a workday look like? Operations are open on regular weekdays (excluding holidays). Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The workday begins with preparing today's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort today's mail and packages. Following that, delivery takes place within the area. We primarily use a car for delivery, but you may also use an e-bike and regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. When all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administrative tasks and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Employment Type This position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and scope, depending on the day and needs. We would prefer that you are available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, employment begins with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale applies for both regular and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 kr (incl. 12% vacation compensation) which corresponds to 134 kr (excl. 12% vacation compensation).
