We offer you: a varied job on the move together with a great group of colleagues opportunity to develop within CityMail in the long term proximity to the job location We are looking for you who: are at least 18 years old have basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing have a class B driver's license or moped operator's license enjoy physical work are comfortable operating vehicles that you are licensed/authorized to drive (bicycle, moped, car) It is a merit if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work attitude, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does a workday look like? Operations are open on weekdays excluding holidays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The workday begins with preparation of that day's distribution, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and packages. Following this, distribution occurs within the assigned area. We primarily use e-bikes for distribution, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bike depending on your distribution route for the day. When all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administration and preparation for the next day's work together with your colleagues. Employment Type This position is an hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and schedules, depending on the day and our needs. We would prefer that you are available to work up to full-time hours during daytime. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, the employment will begin with an orientation. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary progression applies for both regular and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 (incl. 12% vacation compensation) which corresponds to 134 kr (excl. 12% vacation compensation).
