What we offer you: Varied work on the move together with a great group of colleagues Opportunity for development within CityMail in the long term Proximity to work What we're looking for: You are at least 18 years old You have basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written You're comfortable with physical work You're comfortable operating vehicles that you hold a license/permit for (bicycle, moped, car) It's advantageous if you have a B-driver's license or moped permit. It's also advantageous if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background isn't the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work attitude, and therefore place great importance on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does a workday look like? Operations are open during weekdays (excluding holidays). Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The workday begins with preparation of the day's deliveries, where you and your colleagues sort today's mail and packages. Afterward, delivery takes place within the area. We primarily use e-bikes for delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. Once all mail and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administration and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Employment Type This position is an hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and scope depending on the day and our needs. We would like you to be available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To give you the right conditions to succeed, employment will begin with an orientation. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale applies for both permanent and hourly employees.
