We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work ethic, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does a workday look like? Operations are open on regular weekdays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The workday begins with preparation of today's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort today's mail and packages. Following that, delivery occurs within the area. We primarily use e-bikes for delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, and regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. When all mail and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administration and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Employment Type The position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term contract. You will work varying hours and scope, depending on the day and need. We would prefer that you are available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To give you the right conditions to succeed, the employment begins with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale applies for both regular and hourly employees.
