We offer you: an varied job in motion together with a great team of colleagues opportunity to develop within CityMail in the long term close proximity to work start date in mid-August We are looking for someone who: is at least 18 years old has basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written has a Class B driver's license enjoyed physical work is open to potentially working afternoon/evening shifts but typically starting in the morning is comfortable operating vehicles that you have a license/certification for (bicycle, moped, car) It is an asset if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work ethic, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does a typical workday look like? The operation is open during regular weekdays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The workday begins with preparation of the day's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort today's mail and packages. After that, delivery takes place within the area. We primarily use e-bikes for delivery but you may also use a car, moped, and regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. When all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administration and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Employment Type This is a so-called hourly employment position where each shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and volume, depending on the day and needs. We would prefer that you are available to work up to full-time hours during daytime. To give you the right conditions to succeed, employment begins with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale applies for both permanent and hourly employees. Starting salary per hour is 150 (incl. 12% vacation compensation) which corresponds to 134 kr (excl. 12% vacation compensation). Interested?
