We offer you: a varied job on the move with a great group of colleagues opportunity to develop within CityMail over time proximitiy to the job We are looking for someone who: is at least 18 years old has basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing has a Category B driver's license or moped permit enjoys physical work is comfortable operating vehicles for which you have a license/permit (bicycle, moped, car) It is a merit if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work attitude, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does a typical workday look like? Operations are open on regular weekdays. Working hours are distributed between 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM. The workday begins with preparation of the day's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort today's mail and packages. Following that, delivery takes place in the area. We primarily use e-bikes for delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, and regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. Once all mail and packages are delivered, you return to the office and finish with administration and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Employment Type This position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and volume depending on the day and needs. We would prefer that you are available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To give you the right conditions to succeed, employment begins with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale applies for both regular and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 (incl. 12% vacation compensation) which corresponds to 134 kr (excl. 12% vacation compensation). Interested?
