We offer you: a varied job in motion together with a great group of colleagues the opportunity to develop within CityMail in the long run proximity to work We are looking for someone who: is at least 18 years old has basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written enjoyed physical work is comfortable operating vehicles you have a license/permit for (bicycle, moped, car) It is meriting if you have a B-class driving license or a moped operator permit. It is also meriting if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work ethic, and therefore place great importance on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does the workday look like? The operation is open on regular weekdays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The workday begins with preparing today's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort today's mail and packages. Then delivery takes place in the area. We primarily use e-bikes for delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, and regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. Once all mail and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administration and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Employment Form This is a so-called hourly employment position where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and scope, depending on the day and needs. We would prefer that you are available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To give you the right conditions to succeed, the employment begins with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale applies for both permanent and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 (incl. 12% holiday pay) which corresponds to 134 kr (excl. 12% holiday pay). Interested?
