About the Role As a Mail Carrier in your city, you're responsible for sorting and delivering mail and packages to households and businesses. You're often the face of the service to customers and work independently with a clear focus on safety, punctuality, and service. What You'll Do Sort and prepare mail and packages for daily delivery Plan and follow efficient routes, adjusting them as needed Deliver against receipts and document deliveries Ensure safe handling of mail and packages during transport Provide customer service during delivery and handle inquiries Collaborate with colleagues and terminal staff for smooth logistics Follow traffic regulations and company safety procedures What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent, plus experience in distribution or customer-facing work Driver's license if the position requires a vehicle; experience with bike/walking delivery is a plus Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of working in varying weather conditions Good knowledge of the local area and ability to read maps or use navigation You're proactive and take ownership of your work You deliver top quality, every time You collaborate and lift up the people around you You're always eager to learn and help others learn at every workplace Salary and Employment Type Positions are offered as full-time, part-time, or on-call.
