Now Quality Hotel™ The Weaver is looking for a Breakfast Manager - a morning person with a twinkle in your eye and full control over the service of the day's most important meal. The role also includes ensuring our conference guests get the best coffee break and that they can recharge with a fantastic lunch experience. Curious about what the role entails? The role involves ensuring breakfast always looks fantastic throughout service, serving coffee to our hotel guests, clearing tables, and maintaining order in the breakfast dining room. The role involves planning and creating high-quality breakfast according to our concept. The role involves following requirements for waste sorting and reducing food waste. Laws and regulations related to health, environment, and safety will be a priority! Staff responsibility, development, and recruitment are a large and crucial part of the assignment. You have a great service heart. You contribute to the department achieving its set goals. The position involves working mornings and weekends. You are responsible for conference coffee breaks and lunch service. Does this sound like you? You genuinely love meeting new people and creating positive experiences for guests.
