About the Role As a firefighter across Sweden, you work to save lives and minimize damage through quick, safe, and professional responses to fires, accidents, and other dangerous situations. What You'll Do Extinguish fires and control fire scenes to prevent re-ignition Conduct search and rescue operations to locate and evacuate people Perform technical rescue tasks, such as traffic and high-angle rescues Provide first aid and emergency medical care at accident scenes Maintain and inspect vehicles, tools, and protective equipment Participate in training, drills, and safety meetings to maintain readiness Collaborate with colleagues and other emergency services for safe and effective operations What You Bring Relevant fire protection and rescue training and valid certifications for the role Good physical fitness and stress resilience to handle shift work and demanding operations Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team Experience from emergency services or similar work is a plus You are driven and take ownership of your work You deliver high quality every time You collaborate and lift up the people around you You always want to learn and help others learn on every job Salary and Employment Type There are opportunities for full-time, part-time, or contract work as needed — employment type and salary are shaped in conversation with SuperRen based on your experience, your goals, and the match we find for you.
