About the Position This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Boxon Tech. This consulting assignment offers good opportunities for permanent hire conversion. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that Boxon Tech intends to offer you employment with them in the long term. Responsibilities As a machine setter, you are responsible for ensuring stable and efficient production in the company's injection molding facility. You work with tool changes, machine adjustments and process optimization while also serving as technical support to production operators. The role involves significant responsibility where you are responsible for multiple machines on your shift. You work continuously with troubleshooting, adjusting process parameters and optimizing production and systems. To succeed in the role, you need to understand how different settings affect the final product and be able to identify causes of disruptions or quality deviations. When not setting up machines, you also handle parts of ongoing production, where you monitor the manufacturing process, check the quality of produced parts and register finished products. Responsibilities: • Set up, program and start injection molding machines according to production requirements • Perform tool changes and assembly and handling of molds • Troubleshoot and optimize processes to ensure quality and production rate • Monitor production and report deviations • Document production data and follow safety and 5S procedures Education, Experience and Personal Qualities • Experience working as a machine setter in plastic injection molding, or from other types of manufacturing work is a merit • Good understanding of tool changes, machine adjustments and process optimization is a merit • Have a forklift license and counterbalance forklift with articulated boom license • Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written We believe you are a person who enjoys taking responsibility and is motivated by solving technical problems. You work independently and have the ability to make your own decisions when production requires it. At the same time, you are helpful and flexible as the role involves close collaboration with machine operators and other functions in production. To succeed in the role, you need to be curious and want to understand how processes, materials and machine settings interact. You are thorough in your work, have a safety mindset and maintain a positive attitude even when faced with challenges.
