Willhem is seeking a property caretaker for Halmstad

Willhem Halmstad owns and manages approximately 3,000 apartments located in Andersberg, Nyhem, Linehed, and in the city center. As a property caretaker with us, you are the one who keeps an eye on the property and ensures that our tenants continue to receive excellent service. Your main responsibilities are to troubleshoot, repair, and resolve issues that occur in our customers' apartments. Under the guidance of the property manager, you are responsible for the properties and maintain and develop relationships with our tenants.
Your responsibilities include:
plan and perform repairs and ongoing maintenance
handle and document service requests, feedback, and complaints
conduct rounds in your property area
perform apartment inspections
place orders and approve invoices
conduct inspections of ventilation and heating in our properties
build and maintain good relationships with tenants and report tenant feedback
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a secondary education, preferably with a focus on or further education in technology and/or real estate. You are a handy problem-solver with knowledge and experience in at least a few of the areas: plumbing, apartment inspections, SBA, rounds work, or electrical work. You also have experience with customer-facing property work. You should have good experience working with computer systems and a class B driver's license is required.
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. As a property caretaker, you control much of your own time, so we are looking for someone who is responsible and can plan their workday. You have great drive and are welcome to suggest ideas on how we can improve our areas. Your ability to work independently is strong, but you work equally well in a group as we place great importance on collaboration and helping each other. As a property caretaker, you will work closely with our assistant property managers. Our goal is to deliver the best service to our tenants, and you will play a key role in that, so a prerequisite for thriving is that you are service-conscious and enjoy customer contact.
