About the role As a housing manager, you are Willhem's face in everyday operations. You keep track of the properties, meet the tenants and ensure that faults and deficiencies are handled quickly and professionally. Your work directly contributes to people enjoying their home and feeling secure in their living situation. With us, you get independent and varied work where you largely plan your own day. At the same time, you are never alone – you are part of an engaged team of housing managers, assistant property managers and other colleagues who support each other. You report to the property manager. Most of your workday you are out in the properties, but we also make sure to meet regularly in the office and build community in the team. Your main responsibilities: create and maintain good relationships with tenants, contractors and colleagues conduct inspections according to a set schedule plan and carry out repairs and ongoing maintenance handle fault reports and follow up with the tenant order and follow up on property supplies and smaller contractor work, and take responsibility for costs and invoice handling related to this monitor ventilation, heating and electrical systems assist with apartment inspections as needed Who are you? We are looking for someone who is practical, solution-oriented and enjoys customer-facing work. You like responsibility, take your own initiative and have a genuine interest in people and service. You have: at least upper secondary education, preferably with further studies in technology or real estate experience in some of the areas plumbing, construction, electrical work, systematic fire safety work, apartment inspection or inspection rounds experience in customer-facing property work good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written good digital skills a B-category driving license As a person you are organized, reliable and flexible. You work equally well independently as with others and are happy to contribute ideas on how we can develop working methods and the area.
