About the Position
As a customer service representative/transport coordinator, you'll play an important role in daily operations. You'll be one of the people customers and colleagues turn to when they need help, information, or a solution.
Work days are varied and the pace can sometimes be fast, but you'll always have colleagues around you working toward the same goals.
Your duties will include:
Being the first point of contact for customers and internal colleagues via phone and email.
Answering questions about transports and deliveries.
Handling bookings and administrative tasks.
Following up on cases and finding solutions.
Collaborating with various departments within the operation.
Working in different business and transport systems.
Who Are You?
Above all, we're looking for someone with the right attitude and a desire to develop. If you have service experience, that's a plus, but the most important thing is that you're curious, responsible, and enjoy helping others.

Find it easy to collaborate with others.
Thrive in a work environment where the pace varies.
Are organized and like creating order.
Have good computer skills.
Speak and write Swedish fluently and can communicate in English.
Previous experience in logistics or similar roles is a merit, but not a requirement.
