We are particularly looking for you who speak Arabic, as the work involves providing support to Arabic-speaking clients. Knowledge of Persian is an asset but not required. About Us Sympati AB provides high-quality residential support services to over 850 people in Stockholm City, Solna City, and Lidingö City. Our goal is to strengthen individuals' independence, participation, and quality of life through professional, respectful, and personalized support. About the Position We are seeking a residential support worker for an hourly position as needed. The work involves providing individually tailored support to people with various needs in their home environment. You will primarily work in the Stockholm area and visit clients at different addresses. The role requires you to work independently, take personal responsibility, and build trusting relationships with clients. Responsibilities As a residential support worker, you work based on support decisions and implementation plans. Your tasks may include: Motivational and educational support in daily life Support in social and administrative contacts Assistance with planning and structure in daily life Documentation according to applicable procedures Collaboration with family members and other professional stakeholders Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Speaks and writes Arabic fluently Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Is comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for your work Is attentive, empathetic, and has a professional approach Has a pedagogical mindset and ability to motivate others Has education in social work, healthcare and social care, or equivalent education Assets Experience working in psychiatry Experience working in LSS (Assistance for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) Knowledge of Persian Experience in residential support or similar support services We Offer Meaningful work where you make a difference for people every day Flexible working hours Introduction and support in your work A dedicated and professional team Opportunity for development within the organization Employment Form: Hourly position as needed Location: Stockholm area Start Date: 24/8 We welcome your application!
