JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities involve working in an investigative, supportive and motivating capacity to strengthen the individual's own resources for an independent life and active participation in society. In your role, you should be able to meet the individual where they are and understand the difficulties that may exist. You should be able to make independent decisions and solve various situations based on each individual's circumstances and needs.
You will be part of a housing support team with extensive experience and high competence.
Together with the individual, you will structure their daily life, leisure time and activities, and follow their development plan. The service seeks collaboration with, among others, relatives, health and medical care and labor market actors.
As a housing support worker with us, you will also work with special focus on collaboration regarding children and youth. The assignment includes providing support to families in their daily lives, with a focus on strengthening functioning structures and contributing to a safe and sustainable life situation for children and youth. The work takes place in close collaboration with family treatment and other relevant actors, where you participate in joint planning, implementation and follow-up of measures. You work in collaborative matters where a structured, professional and solution-focused approach is central. Through active collaboration, you contribute to creating coordinated support of high quality for the families you meet.
These are permanent positions that begin with a six-month probationary period. We work daytime, evening and weekends. You work according to a set schedule with great flexibility based on the needs of the assignments.

As a person, you are attentive, positive and secure in individual meetings with the people you meet and have a good ability to work independently and build trust. You are communicative, collaborative and have a strong drive to support and motivate. The position also requires a good dose of flexibility as you help each other with matters within the housing support team.
