Your Assignment Residential support is part of social psychiatry in Nacka Municipality and offers support to people with mental health disabilities living in their own homes. As a residential support worker, you meet clients in their homes at various locations throughout Nacka. Support is based on assistance decisions and implementation plans and is adapted to each person's needs and goals. Together with the client, you work to create structure and find strategies for a more independent and functioning everyday life. This can include, for example, establishing routines in the home, breaking social isolation, providing support with contacts with authorities, or motivating participation in employment, studies, and social activities. You work largely independently and plan and structure your workday when you visit clients throughout the municipality. At the same time, you are part of a team where you collaborate, share experiences, and support each other.
