We have several locations in Sweden, and for the accommodations where we're recruiting now, it's an advantage if you live in Södermanland or Västmanland and surrounding areas. We're looking for full-time personnel as well as staff on an as-needed basis during weekends and weekdays! Personnel seeking work on an as-needed basis preferably should have studies in social/pedagogical work as their primary occupation. The work mainly involves support and safety conversations, but also considerable childcare, practical support, client transportation, record-keeping, etc. On weekends, the focus is on various shared activities with families! You need at least one year of work experience in social/pedagogical work, and it's a merit if you've previously worked with children since there's considerable childcare and conversations/activities with children. As a person, you are therefore child-loving, empathetic, and passionate about helping others. Furthermore, you are flexible, resourceful, and able to work independently. You understand the difference between being personal and private. A valid driver's license (there will be quite a lot of driving), access to your own car, and the ability to speak and write good Swedish are required. As full-time personnel, you also have on-call duty at home one week per month. Your working hours are arranged during daytime on weekdays, but work during evenings and weekends may also occur. In addition to your fixed salary, you'll receive on-call compensation. We apply individual salary setting and will request extracts from suspicion and burden registers.
