About Skogsgatan 7 and 9 Skogsgatan is located in a natural setting in a pleasant environment in the small town of Ryd. The operation consists of two group homes with 5 places in each unit. The services are designed for LSS clients, adult seniors. About the Role As a residential support worker, you base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life based on a pedagogical approach. Together with other team members, you work toward making each day meaningful and fulfilling. You provide support and guidance in personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to encourage and motivate residents to maintain their abilities and to create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours include daytime, evenings, and weekends. Your Experience and Knowledge You have a high school education in healthcare and social services or equivalent training. You have good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is advantageous if you have experience working with this client group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support and help you grow. You have a positive outlook, strong commitment to people, and are responsible.
