The Social Services Department conducts a broad range of activities in elderly care, services for people with disabilities, health and medical care, as well as individual and family services. We currently have approximately 250 employees.

Support Worker Who Makes a Difference!

We are now seeking a person for a temporary contract, 6 months, at 80%.
About the Role
As a support worker in LSS housing in Lekeberg Municipality, you will be an important part of our social services work, where people's needs and rights are at the center. You will work to promote independence, development, and well-being for our clients and ensure safe and supportive housing.
Responsibilities
Support clients in their daily life and activities.
Work together with clients to achieve their personal goals.
Maintain a professional approach focused on respect and integrity.
Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure the best possible support.
Document and follow up on services according to applicable guidelines and laws.
Qualifications
Relevant education in social work or care and support is a plus.
Experience working in LSS housing facilities is a requirement.
A positive attitude and ability to find solutions in various situations.
Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Driver's license is a requirement.
