Residential Support Worker Needed, Full-Time Position Starting Immediately in September

We are seeking a residential support worker at 50-100% starting immediately in September. Are you interested in taking on something new and looking for fresh challenges, while avoiding heavy lifting and personal hygiene tasks? Working hours vary Monday-Friday between 8 AM-9 PM on weekdays. You must be able to work within this timeframe. We work in our customers' homes and have contracts with Stockholm City, so workplaces vary across all district administrations of Stockholm City. Residential support is a service according to the Social Services Act (Sol). Work Tasks: Working as a residential support worker means supporting, motivating, and assisting based on each individual's needs so they can live as independently as possible. Residential support is provided in or outside the home depending on approved services. The tasks are varied and as a residential support worker you must be flexible and able to adapt your working methods during the day, depending on which customer you meet. Common tasks include providing customers with support regarding contacts with authorities and medical appointments, as well as assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, cleaning, planning and organization, shopping and errands, technical matters, and financial tasks. We are looking for someone who: Is reliable and can work independently. As a person, you are solution-focused and take responsibility. You are skilled at creating and maintaining good relationships. You have excellent collaboration abilities with authorities, case workers, and other partners. We place great value on personal suitability. EDUCATION IS A REQUIREMENT! We are looking for someone with a qualification as a nursing assistant, healthcare and social care program, social worker, social pedagogue, childcare worker, or equivalent education that the employer considers equivalent. Basic Swedish language skills are not sufficient. You must have advanced knowledge in both spoken and written Swedish as we work extensively with authority contacts and collaboration with other actors.
