About Krinolinen Krinolinen is a sober and drug-free supported housing facility with space for approximately 64 women, men, and couples. With us, residents are offered a safe environment where structure, community, and participation are a natural part of daily life. Through housing, meaningful activities, and individual support, we work together to create the conditions for an independent and sustainable life. No two days are alike – and that is precisely what makes the work both developmental and meaningful. About the Position As a residential support worker, you work closely with residents and are an important person in their daily lives. You motivate, guide, and support people in their rehabilitation process while contributing to a safe and structured living environment. The work involves close collaboration with colleagues, social services, healthcare, and other partners. Your Responsibilities Provide individual support based on implementation plans. Motivate and guide residents in their rehabilitation. Support residents in daily structure, ADL, and social training. Document in accordance with the Social Services Act and organizational procedures. Participate in planning, follow-up, and quality assurance work. Coordinate with social services, healthcare, and other authorities. Contribute to a safe, secure, and drug-free living environment. Enjoys working both independently and with others and can maintain composure even when the pace is high. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Qualifications Requirements Post-secondary education with a social focus, for example: treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, treatment assistant, nurse assistant with a focus on psychiatry/substance abuse, or another qualification that the employer deems equivalent. Documented experience working in supported housing, HVB, addiction care, social psychiatry, or other equivalent activities. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. Good computer skills. A valid driver's license (Class B) is a merit. Meritorious It is particularly meritorious if you have experience with: substance abuse issues and comorbidity, mental health challenges, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Relapse prevention, CRA/A-CRA, low-affect approach, social documentation, working according to implementation plans.
