About the Position Join the team of residential support workers at the children's residential facilities Enebo and Fenix. Work varying hours, with emphasis on evenings, weekends, and nights (overnight shifts) with children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities and significant care needs. Handle all household tasks and provide physical care support. Support and participate in leisure activities. Offer a safe and predictable environment by actively using alternative and augmentative communication methods (AAC/TAKK, visual supports). Requirements: Education in care and support services (upper secondary education in social work and care or equivalent). Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual disability diagnoses. You must be able to provide an acceptable criminal record extract.
