We are seeking a committed residential support worker for our support and motivation-based residential facility!
You should have previous experience from a similar position and a post-secondary education focused on social care, such as social pedagogue/treatment assistant or nursing assistant, to meet our needs.
The position is full-time and you will work varied hours including day, night and weekend shifts.
Your work includes providing support to our clients, conducting ADL training to help clients develop functioning daily routines and performing drug screenings, documentation and medication management according to delegation. As a residential support worker, you are responsible for your clients' planning and setting clear and concrete goals together with your client. You are responsible for creating implementation plans and monthly reports. All staff are also responsible for contributing to creating a unified working approach and supportive climate in the facility. As well as contributing to creating a safe and calm residential environment with structure and routines.
B driving license required.
