About Trehörna 7 Trehörna 7 is a group home with five spaces for people with autism and/or moderate intellectual disability. The group home is located in Urshult, Tingsryds municipality, with proximity to nature, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation. The facility has 13 residential support workers and one group manager. About the Role As a residential support worker, you work based on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life using a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff members, you work toward the goal of making each day meaningful and enriching. You support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and to create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours include daytime, evening, and weekends. The facility operates a needs-based flexible schedule, giving you influence over how your working hours are arranged. You will have a group manager near you who spends part of their time working in the facility. Your Experience and Knowledge You have a high school diploma in healthcare and social care or equivalent education. You have good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is a merit if you have experience working with this target group and previous experience working with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) and Sign Supports. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
