Main Responsibilities Assembly and installation work in shelter rooms according to drawings and instructions for new construction, ROT projects, and repairs of older shelter rooms Plan daily work and collaborate with subcontractors, consultants, and colleagues Administer your work in projects, report time, material consumption, documentation, and place material orders What We Offer You will work for a company that prioritizes its employees. Requirements for Success 2–10 years of relevant experience in, for example, property, construction, or as a technician Good experience handling tools and power tools Ability to work independently and develop solutions Work with computer support and mobile applications Read drawings and standard solutions Good communication skills internally and with customers Valid driver's license (category B) is required. You do not need previous experience working with shelter rooms, but it is highly advantageous if you have it. It is also advantageous if you have previous experience with concrete work/concrete class 1, concrete formwork carpentry, hot work/welding, electrical work/certification, or pipe/sprinkler work.
