Personal Assistants Needed – Solna We are now seeking a personal assistant to join the team supporting a 45-year-old economist living in Solna. We are looking for someone willing to work 70%, evening shifts starting around 15:40. The work involves providing daily support and creating the conditions for an independent and active life. Key responsibilities include personal care such as personal hygiene and dressing/undressing, as well as practical tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and support with activities both at home and outside. Work hours are scheduled for day, evening, night (awake), and weekends. Communication is conducted using manual alphabet (sign language), and all new hires receive introductory training to learn this method. The workplace is primarily in the client's home in Solna. The home has both a cat and a dog, and dog walks are a natural part of the work. Qualifications Fluent Swedish or English is required Ability and willingness to learn manual alphabet You are not allergic to fur; experience with dogs is a plus Knowledge of Spanish or Polish is a plus Experience in personal assistance is not required – personal suitability is decisive You are independent, responsible, and have good cooking skills You have good physical capability as manual lifting occurs Personal Qualities We place great importance on finding assistants who are attentive, empathetic, and confident.
