Professionals Nord is seeking, in collaboration with Wangeskog, an Inside Sales Representative. This assignment is part of our staffing services—you will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for 6 months. The intention thereafter is for you to eventually become directly employed by them, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
Wangeskog Hyrcenter is an established player in machinery rental with a focus on personal service and close customer relationships. At their rental center in Umeå, they are now looking for an inside sales representative who wants to work closely with customers on service, problem-solving, and relationship building.

Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative at Wangeskog, you will have a varied, customer-facing role where you manage the entire rental process—from initial customer contact and needs analysis to quotes, rentals, and follow-up. You will work both at the rental center and by phone, playing an important role in creating long-term customer relationships and finding the right solutions based on customer needs.
Common tasks include:
Receive and handle customer inquiries and create quotes
Rent out machinery and equipment
Advise customers and follow up on customer relationships
Work with pricing and basic financial assessments
Handle customer complaints and some administrative tasks
Collaborate with the workshop, transport, and colleagues at the rental center

You have:
Good computer skills
Driver's license category B
Fluent Swedish, spoken and written
Great weight is placed on your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to provide excellent service.
