Do you want a dynamic leadership position where you can broaden your leadership skills and make a real difference every day? We are now looking for a reliable, driven, and versatile Operations Manager at Humana for a unique combined role. You will split your time equally between Klinta HVB (50%) and Humana's Halfway House (50%). The role offers you an unusually broad and development-oriented platform where you take on two different, yet closely related, assignments: from the individually tailored and treatment-focused environment at HVB to the secure and regulation-based reintegration work together with the Swedish Prison and Probation Service. Our vision is clear – Everyone deserves a good life. Do you want to help make it happen? About Our Operations Klinta HVB: Beautifully located in a manor house setting just under a mile outside Höör (with convenient commuting distance from both Malmö and Lund). Here we offer 23 places for adults with comorbidities in the form of substance use disorders, neuropsychiatric disabilities, and mental health issues. The operation is in an exciting development phase where we are strengthening the structure and quality of our treatment services. Humana's Halfway House: The unit is operated on behalf of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service and focuses on supporting clients in the final phase of their sentences toward a structured reintegration into society. Here, regulations, security, collaboration, and purposeful discharge are at the center. Your Role as Operations Manager As Operations Manager, you hold overall responsibility for operations, finances, working environment, and personnel at both units. Your leadership is characterized by presence and structure, and you are able to prioritize your time so that both operations develop and thrive. Main Areas of Responsibility: Operative & Strategic Leadership: Plan, lead, and develop the operations in accordance with the Social Services Act, the Compulsory Care Act, and the Health and Safety Act, and drive systematic quality work (SOSFS 2011:9). Personnel & Working Environment: Recruit, coach, and build engagement in your staff teams. Finance & Results: Budgeting, financial follow-up, and results responsibility for both units. External Relations: Own and manage ongoing dialogue and contract follow-up with the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, Social Services, and Substance Abuse Services. To support you, you will have a strong team on site – consisting of an Assistant Operations Manager, team leaders, CBT therapist, nurses, and engaged treatment staff – as well as central support functions in HR, quality, finance, IT, and facilities management. You will be part of the regional management group together with the Regional Manager and fellow managers. Who Are You? We are looking for a reliable and structured leader with good self-awareness and high personal maturity. You have the ability to flexibly adjust your approach and working methods depending on whether you are handling treatment issues at HVB or regulations and security matters related to the Swedish Prison and Probation Service. Formal Requirements (Must-haves): Higher education of at least 180 credits (e.g., social worker or behavioral scientist) that meets the IVO's requirements for management of HVB. Documented experience as a manager with personnel, budget, and operational responsibility within healthcare, care, or treatment. Practical and theoretical knowledge of comorbidity (harmful use/substance use disorders in combination with psychiatric diagnosis). Good knowledge of applicable legislation (Social Services Act, Compulsory Care Act, Health and Safety Act). Passed security clearance (including criminal records check) as the position involves work with the Swedish Prison and Probation Service. Driver's license category B. Desirable Qualifications (Should-haves): Experience working within or in close collaboration with the Swedish Prison and Probation Service (halfway house, prison, or probation services). Training or experience in evidence-based methods such as MI, CBT, and Relapse Prevention. Experience in matrix organizational leadership or managing shared operations. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and that you share Humana's values: Commitment, Joy, and Responsibility. What Do We Offer? A varied and stimulating leadership role with considerable freedom of action and good development opportunities in one of Sweden's leading care companies. With us, you will become a key person in building security and creating hope for the future for our clients. Application and Contact Does this sound like you?
