Success Yourway is now looking for engaged and driven subcontractors for our Coaching and Job Matching services. We are seeking collaboration partners throughout Sweden who want to work closely with participants and help them move toward employment or studies.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in labor market initiatives, recruitment, coaching, or guidance
- Has a network of employers in your region (desirable)
- Is self-driven, responsible, and results-oriented
- Shares our vision and wants to build something long-term
- Has self-employment status (F-skatt) or can arrange it
- Wants to work professionally and long-term with us
Coach Competency Requirements
To work in our Coaching and Job Matching services, coaches must meet the Swedish Public Employment Service's competency requirements. You must fulfill one of the following options:
Option 1
Education: University degree with at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system).
The provider decides which field of study is most appropriate to achieve the service objectives.
Work experience: At least two (2) years of full-time work experience. Part-time work can also be accepted if the combined working time equals full-time employment for two (2) years.
Option 2
Education: At least one (1) year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least satisfactory results.
Post-secondary education includes university education and various types of vocational training, such as qualified vocational training, vocational higher education, military training, and police training.
Work experience: At least three (3) years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or roles:
- Management with personnel responsibility
- Recruitment
- Career transition services for job seekers
- Career and vocational guidance
- Personnel administration (excluding purely administrative tasks)
- Work with employment and labor market matters
- Work in social and group psychology
- Career counseling
Part-time work can also be accepted if the combined working time equals full-time employment for three (3) years.
