We are looking for local partners who want to work closely with participants, build relationships with employers in their region, and help people move forward toward employment or education. Our ambition is to grow together with the right partners and establish a long-term presence in more locations throughout Sweden. For us, a partnership is not just about establishing operations in a new location. We want to find individuals and companies that share our view on quality, results, responsibility, and professional treatment of participants. We are looking for you if you: Have experience in labor market initiatives, recruitment, coaching, guidance, or similar activities Have or can build a local network with employers in your region Are self-driven, take responsibility, and are results-oriented Want to build and develop operations in your area Have F-tax status and run your own business, or have the opportunity to start a business Want to work professionally and long-term with Riendas AB Have the ability to meet the requirements that apply to operations within Rusta and Matcha Mentor Competence To work as a mentor within Rusta and Matcha, the mentor must meet the Swedish Public Employment Service's competence requirements according to one of the following options: Option 1 Education: Higher education of at least 180 higher education credits, or 120 credits according to the previous system. Work experience: At least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time work can also count if the total working time equals two years of full-time work. Option 2 Education: At least one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with satisfactory results. Post-secondary education can, for example, be higher education, vocational higher education, or other relevant vocational training. Work experience: At least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following areas: Management with personnel responsibility Recruitment Transition work for job seekers Study and career guidance Handling of personnel matters Workforce and labor market issues Social and group psychology Career guidance Part-time work can also count if the total working time equals three years of full-time work.
