SERVICE TEAM MEMBER WANTED IN KUNGSBACKA – 85% POSITION – BECOME AN IMPORTANT PART OF HEMFRID'S TEAM Do you enjoy varied work where you can combine service, quality, and responsibility? Hemfrid is now seeking a Service Team Member for Kungsbacka and the surrounding area. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to use your cleaning experience while supporting both customers and colleagues in daily operations. As a Service Team Member, you'll become an important part of our quality team and work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead. You'll experience a varied workday where no two days are exactly the same. What do we offer? You'll perform various cleaning assignments while supporting our field staff. Your tasks may include: Initial cleanings Deep cleanings Window cleaning Covering shifts Quality inspections Onboarding new staff members as needed Key management as needed The work is primarily based in Kungsbacka and surrounding areas. When needed, you may also support nearby regions. Who are we looking for? We're seeking someone with home cleaning experience who takes pride in quality work. You're confident in your professional role and can independently plan and carry out various cleaning assignments. To succeed in this role, we'd like you to: Be thorough and quality-conscious Have experience in home cleaning Enjoy working both independently and with others Be responsible and solution-oriented Have a professional and service-focused approach Be flexible and able to adapt to different customers and situations Hold a valid B driving license Experience with deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, and window cleaning is advantageous.
