As a Returns Technician at OEM Automatic, you'll work with handling claims and returns from the moment a product comes back until the case is closed. The role may also include parts of the company's quality work, where over time you could work with areas such as quality monitoring, internal audits, and improvement initiatives. We welcome both those at the beginning of your career and those with a few years of work experience. What matters most to us is not what you've done before, but that you're curious, structured, and want to develop your expertise in quality work together with us. Your responsibilities will include: - Investigating and assessing products to identify root causes of defects - Working closely with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to find the right solution for each case - Documenting and following up on cases in business systems - Contributing to improvements by identifying recurring faults and proposing corrective actions Who Are You? We believe this role suits you if you're structured, meticulous, and comfortable managing multiple cases in parallel. You have a solution-oriented approach, enjoy collaborating with others, and aren't afraid to take on new tasks. Above all, you're driven by the desire to develop, take responsibility, and contribute to a team that supports one another. It's advantageous if you have experience with claims handling, troubleshooting, or similar work. You have good computer skills and feel comfortable working in business systems and digital tools. Since you'll have contact with international suppliers, you also need to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Why OEM Automatic?
