Care and Healthcare Company (VOOB) AB is now looking for experienced leaders and managers in Swedish healthcare and care services who want to contribute to this work by participating in our national mentorship network. The assignment involves supporting both the internationally educated nurses that VOOB introduces to Swedish healthcare and the facilities that receive them. As a mentor, you also serve as a sounding board and support for local leaders managing integration efforts in their organizations. About VOOB Care and Healthcare Company (VOOB) AB runs a long-term initiative for international recruitment, education, and professional integration of nurses from India into Swedish healthcare and care services. VOOB works in close collaboration with municipalities, regions, and private and foundation-based healthcare facilities to build a sustainable model for future skills supply in Swedish healthcare. Assignment Content As a mentor and coach in VOOB's integration program, you contribute to: - Supporting internationally educated nurses in their professional and cultural introduction to Swedish healthcare - Providing professional support to leaders and staff in receiving organizations - Contributing to safety, structure, and learning in local integration efforts - Sharing experience in leadership, collaboration, and work environment within Swedish healthcare The assignment is conducted entirely digitally and remotely, making it possible to participate regardless of geographical location. We are looking for you who are or have been: - Healthcare director, HR director, or department/operations manager in inpatient or primary care in a regional organization or equivalent role at a private or foundation-based healthcare provider, - Unit manager, area manager, or operations manager in municipal healthcare or equivalent in private or foundation-based operations, - HR manager or HR strategist responsible for healthcare and care personnel in municipal or regional operations, or equivalent responsibility at a private or foundation-based organization, - Social services director, medical responsible nurse (MAS), or manager within municipal healthcare administration, - or another position with equivalent experience in leadership within healthcare and care services. You have several years of experience in strategic leadership in the public sector or equivalent operations, understanding of Swedish administrative culture, and a willingness to contribute to development and inclusion in the Swedish healthcare sector.
