We are now seeking an Assignment Manager to join our team on Östermalm.
About the role
As an Assignment Manager, you will have overall responsibility for a number of assistance assignments. You lead and develop assistance teams, build strong customer relationships, and ensure that assistance meets high quality standards according to LSS and applicable legislation.
You have a central role in the organization and work closely with customers, family members, representatives, assistants, authorities, and other partners.
Your main areas of responsibility
Personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility
Support and development of assistance teams
Quality assurance according to LSS and applicable legislation
Implementation plans
Close contact with customers, family members, and representatives
Communication with Försäkringskassan, municipalities, and other authorities
We are looking for you if you
Have experience in leadership and personnel responsibility
Have knowledge of personal assistance, LSS, and labor law
Are confident, solution-oriented, and relationship-building
Thrive with independent responsibility and varied tasks
Experience from personal assistance and work in a similar role is a merit.
