The job involves providing support and help with daily tasks in the customer's home. The position includes inconvenient working hours such as day, evening, weekend, and on-call overnight shifts. Previous experience in personal care or care work is a merit but not required. We place great emphasis on personal compatibility, commitment, and the ability to create security and good service. Duties may include: Help with daily routines and personal care Support at home and with activities Medication administration according to delegation Use of assistive devices and lifts Heavy lifting may occur We are looking for someone who: Is responsible and attentive Can work independently and in someone else's home Has a calm and respectful manner Is flexible regarding working hours Has good ability to communicate in speech and writing in Swedish Welcome to apply!
