Your Role in the Kitchen You'll work in a supportive team where we value quality and craftsmanship. Since this position is based in evenings and weekends, that's when our restaurant has the most energy. You'll be responsible for your own station during evening service, which means you have control over the entire process – from careful prep work to beautiful plating. Who Are You? We're looking for someone with at least two years of experience in a professional kitchen and ideally formal culinary training. But most importantly, we're looking for the right personality: You have a genuine passion for cooking and enjoy preparing everything from scratch. You're a humble team player who stays calm when the pace picks up. You bring great energy and believe it's important to have fun at work with your teammates! Why Piazza di Spagna?
