Roles We're Hiring For Smash Burger Cooks We're looking for someone who loves cooking, pace, and quality — and who wants to master the art of making truly great smash burgers. You thrive at the grill, are meticulous about hygiene and procedures, and understand that every burger must meet the same high standard. Even when things get busy, you stay focused, work methodically, and serve food with care. Service Staff / Server We're looking for you to be the face of our business to our guests. You're social, positive, and make people feel welcome. You're quick on your feet, thoughtful, and see what needs to happen in the dining area to create a truly great guest experience. For us, service isn't just about taking orders — it's about giving guests a feeling they want to come back for. Profile & Requirements Previous restaurant or service experience is a plus, but what matters most to us is your attitude, personality, and willingness to grow. We're looking for someone who: Is social, considerate, easygoing, and easy to talk to. Is a team player who spreads joy and good vibes. Is ready to take ownership — sometimes you work in smaller teams, which means you need to be willing to drive work forward and take responsibility for the workplace. Has strong intrinsic motivation and wants to contribute to the company's development. Speaks fluent Swedish. Fluent English is a major plus.
